Privacy policy

When you use the contact form we receive:

• your name and email address;
• if you provide them: your phone number and the service you are interested in;
• your message.

We never collect sensitive data and never ask you to create an account.

• Answering your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).
• Measuring traffic anonymously: legitimate interest in improving the website (GDPR article 6.1.f).

Your data is only used by Heaven of Web and hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. in the European Union. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and its fonts are self-hosted.

• Session cookie “how_sid”: required to secure the contact form against fraudulent submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• Browser local storage: remembers your statistics choice and whether the loading screen was shown. This stays on your device.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

We count visits with an in-house tool that sets no cookies and does not store your IP address: an anonymous identifier, renewed every day, is only used to count visitors. Your country is derived from your IP address at the time of the visit (DB-IP database, queried on our own server): only the country is kept. If you refuse statistics, no visit is recorded for you.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@heavenofweb.fr. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact the Tunisian National Authority for Personal Data Protection (INPDP): www.inpdp.tn. Visitors from the European Union can also contact their own national authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
